Our services and therapies help you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally, and encourage body-mind awareness to help you create and maintain good overall health. We offer a variety of classes and individual sessions to guide you on your way to wellness, including Integrative Healthy Lifestyle Education, Stress Management and Relaxation Training, and Mind/Body Techniques (such as visualization, guided imagery, breath work, progressive muscle relaxation and mindful movement).
